Disputes in business are not just a nasty headache, they can be extremely costly if you are forced to go the route of engaging a traditional law firm.

Tiger HR provides you with qualified professional support and experience which means we approach your problem with the primary goal of finding the easiest, happiest (and least expensive) route to resolution.

We can assist either party in a dispute and, if it is necessary to go to a tribunal we are able to provide you with full support and legal representation through the process.

A settlement agreement seals into law the terms of an employee's departure, including any financial settlement, and also defines the relationship between the parties in the future.

They are most often drawn up where there has been some dispute or, for whatever reason, “things just haven’t worked out as hoped” but are also used after redundancy or to resolve a dispute situation without having to go the route of a tribunal. These agreements must be certified by a solicitor in order to become legally binding and we are able to provide that service via our sister company Tiger Law.
